Alternatively treatments can be enjoyed within the comfort of your own home. This option is ideal if you have an injury which prevents you from driving, makes traveling uncomfortable or if you would prefer to simply relax following your therapy. If you decide to have the therapy in your own home, I would ask that you have a warm room available with sufficient space for a massage couch. For clients with reduced mobility, treatments can be easily adapted to suite their needs.

The duration and frequency of therapies is very much the personal choice of the client. However, the therapist will advise on a schedule of treatments where necessary for sports and injury treatments. Many clients will discover that treatments are so beneficial that they will want to return on a frequent basis for general maintenance.

All treatments are adapted to meet the needs of the individual. During the initial consultation a case history will be taken. This includes questions about your lifestyle, medical history and any relevant injuries. This will then provide a framework for all subsequent treatments. All personal information is treated in confidence.

For a therapy in the comfort of your own home a travel charge of between £7.50 and £10 will be added, depending upon location. Please contact me for more information.

10% discount if you book and prepay for 5 sessions in advance.

Please advise me if you are unable to attend your appointment - a 24 hour notice of cancellation is required otherwise a 50% surcharge may be applied.

Gift vouchers are available and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. They can be delivered to you or the receiver at no extra cost. You can choose from any of the treatments, or a course of treatments for the year ahead.

Payment is accepted by cash or by cheque with a bankers card.
